Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
Dr. Alondra Chaire is not your typical daycare provider! With a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and a heart full of passion for early childhood education, she brings a unique blend of knowledge to child care.

A Brainy Background: Alondra has spent years studying how brains work and learn, making her an expert in turning everyday moments into powerful learning experiences. She knows these early years are a magical time when children's brains are absorbing surrounding stimuli at a tremendous rate. And like a sponge, they are ready to soak up new language skills.

Spanish with a Splash of Fun: In Alondra’s home, learning Spanish is an adventure filled with songs, games, and laughter. She believes that the best way to learn is through play, and she makes of it an exciting journey. Whether it’s through singing catchy Spanish songs, playing interactive games, or exploring fun stories.

Why Spanish? Alondra is passionate about teaching Spanish because she knows it opens doors to a world of opportunities. Bilingual children benefit from enhanced cognitive skills, cultural awareness, and better problem-solving abilities. Plus, it’s fun!

Our Story
I am Dr. Alondra Chaire, and I’m thrilled to open my home in Central East Austin to a small group of families looking for personalized childcare in a nurturing and Spanish-speaking environment. Our groups are small, with an average ratio of 3:1, creating a loving home-like setting.
My fascination with early childhood development began when my daughter Maya was born 2023. As a neuroscientist, I love research, and I found myself reading about different parenting styles and dogmas to raise kind and curious kiddos. As I continue to learn and navigate deeper into this topic, I am eager to share my knowledge with other little ones while allowing Maya to learn and grow alongside peers her age.

My parenting style nurtures emotional intelligence and self-regulation, supporting the child's natural curiosity and drive for autonomy within a thoughtful, nature-connected framework. Hence, I encourage outdoor exploration, hands-on learning, and problem-solving, allowing children to make decisions and learn from their experiences. My approach emphasizes independence, critical thinking, and resilience while balancing safety and freedom.
